National Quilting Association

Volunteer - Helping Hands

The success of our NQA show relies on the good will of volunteers - our Helping Hands; in truth, it just doesn't happen without you! We need volunteers in many capacities, especially to white glove at the show, but also to help with hanging, take down, and shipping of the quilts, security on the show floor, and assisting our show attendees by sack sitting. This is a wonderful way to support NQA.

All Helping Hands working one shift will receive a special pin, a small gift provided by our wonderful vendors, and a chance to win a quilt made especially to thank the volunteers. Helping Hands who work a minimum of 4.5 hours (two shifts) will receive a priority registration form for the 2009 show in addition to the other items. This form will permit registration two weeks before regular registration begins. It is our way of saying thank you to those who help to make the Annual Show possible.

If you can help, please click here for a Volunteer Form. If you have questions or need more information, please call the NQA office at 614-488-8520 or The Volunteer Coordinator will send you an acknowledgement and instructions several weeks before the show.  Also, if you would like to assist as a class aide in a class you are taking, check the box on the Registration form.

We appreciate your Helping Hands!
