National Quilting Association

Welcome!

The National Quilting Association welcomes you to the 39th Annual Quilt Show! And the bee is buzzing about what a great show is in store for you...

Our happy home in the C-pod of the Greater Columbus Convention Center will feature exhibits, classes, lectures, an extensive vendor mall, and special events. The 400+ competition quilts will be joined by our special theme exhibit of Rose Quilts, selected quilts from Sacred Threads: 2007, a fascinating exhibit of Vintage Kit Quilts from the collection of noted quilt historian Xenia Cord, an exhibit called Contemporary Colorations: The Wow Factor and a sampling of wonderful NQA Chapter Challenge Quilts.

Class information brochures will be available to all current members of NQA in the winter issue of The Quilting Quarterly. Click here for a Registration Form to this year's show. (Advance registration was available for all volunteers who worked two shifts during the 38th Annual Show in 2007.)

Additional brochures may be secured by forwarding $2.00 to the NQA office at this address:

As you know, downtown Columbus is a happenin' place, and those wonderful restaurants, shops, North Market, and galleries will all be there for your enjoyment. You'll also find a listing of places you might like to visit (as if we’re going to leave you any free time!).

Once again, Rebecca Barker has created the artwork for our show poster, with NQA fabric front and center, and featuring our signature colors - black and gold. Signed-by-the-artist copies of this very special design will be available at the show. Remember, they disappear fast!

As always, you are invited to "bee" a part of our special theme exhibit. Click here for details!

Come back to Columbus for our 2008 NQA "Family Reunion." Join your old friends and new as we celebrate quilts together!
