Sarah Bistline has been quilting since 1992 when she fell in love with a quilted jacket and was instantly hooked. She bought her first used longarm in 2001 and traded it in on a newer model in 2002 and has been quilting for others ever since. Sarah’s studio was formerly the local miller’s house that her husband remodeled in 2009 from the studs up. Now the whole upper floor is devoted to quilting. Sarah has won numerous awards for her quilting.
Sarah currently has two longarm machines, one which she rents out. She has taught piecing classes at NEORQC getaway, and at guild meetings and retreats. Sarah hosts classes and play days at the studio. She also teaches “one on one” and at Memory Lane Quilting. Her Facebook page is Quilting by The Mill.
