"At Last" is my tribute to Etta James. When Etta sings "At Last" I imagine all hues of blue and rich colorful tones surrounding her. Her sultry vocals fill the soul with hope for everlasting devotion, replacing lonely days and nights with love, at last.

Ife Felix is a resident of Harlem and a founding member of Harlem Girls Quilting Circle. As a fashion designer and teaching artist she combines her love of textiles, fashion and teaching to tell stories in cloth. She has facilitated quilting workshops throughout the city including, Boys and Girl Harbor, "The Urban Princess Project," and "Project Greenhope," a half way house for women released from correctional institutions.
