The quilt was made and quilted by Jane Hardy Miller, and owned by Joan Bailey. Entered in Ocean Wave's QuiltFest 2006 in Machine Applique/Machine Quilted Category, it received First Place, and further received, Best of Show. Jane Hardy Miller, with Arlene Netten, is author of the recently published book "French Braid Quilts" and teaches quilting at The Quilt Scene, Miami, Florida.
