The Little Quilt Auction is held annually at the National Quilt Association's Annual Quilt Show to raise funds for the NQA Grant Program. The generosity of contributors and buyers in the past has made this an eagerly anticipated tradition at the Annual NQA Show. We cordially invite you to donate miniatures, doll quilts, and small wallhangings to support this worthwhile program. Your contribution of a quilt or two helps to make a colorful display and gives those attending many choices for bidding. All quilts entries must be 28 inches or less on the largest side. We ask that each donation quilt be signed or permanently labeled on the back with the name of the quilt, name of the maker or makers and date of donation.
A selection of these quilts is offered at Silent Auction each day of the show. A final selection of quilts is made for viewing on the show floor and auction during the live auction held one evening during the show. A Viewer’s Choice ballot is available to attendees throughout the show and awarded to the maker and winning bidder for that quilt during the auction.
Here’s a great idea for your guild – consider getting together and working on some little quilts which can be donated to the Little Quilt Auction for the 2015 show in Little Rock, Arkansas. Little quilts are such fun to make, and their donation generates all the funds for the grants. More little quilts equal more money which equals more grants for those wonderful projects just waiting to happen. For specifications on the little quilts, consult the Little Quilt Auction on the website.

Without your donation, the NQA Grant Committee would be unable to continue awarding grants totaling approximately $10,000 each year. So why not get started on your Little Quilt now to be ready for the next Little Quilt Auction.
